Step 5 - Populate your application form

You can now populate your application form with the candidate details and the resume file if available.
To reduce candidate effort when completing your application form, you should endeavour to fill as many matching fields as possible. At a minimum the following fields must be pre-filled where available and relevant to the job’s application process:

Employment history
  • Job title
  • Company
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Description
Attachments
  • Resume file
Please note when populating the form:
  • Some candidate details may not be available or may be empty.
  • Apply with SEEK should be used for pre-populating forms only, always allow candidates to edit any form fields before submitting their application.
  • If a supplied value fails your form’s validation, avoid truncating or omitting the field. Instead, show the supplied value along with suitable error messages, enabling the candidate to make necessary adjustments.
